Service & Process

How does remote repair work?
It's simple: you book a session, and our AI-assisted technician sends you a secure screen-sharing link. You click the link, grant temporary access, and the technician diagnoses and fixes your computer while you watch every step on your own screen. No software to install permanently — the connection ends when the session is over.
What computers do you fix?
We fix both Mac and PC — desktops and laptops. We support Windows 10, Windows 11, macOS Monterey and newer. If your computer can connect to the internet and run a browser, we can most likely help.
How long does a typical repair take?
Most repairs take between 30 minutes and 2 hours depending on the issue. A standard cleanup and optimization usually takes about 45 minutes. More complex issues like virus removal or system recovery may take up to 2 hours. We'll give you a time estimate before we start.
Do I need to be home during the repair?
You need to be at your computer to start the session and grant screen-sharing access. After that, you're welcome to stay and watch — most customers do — but you can step away briefly. We'll never navigate to anything you haven't asked us to look at.

Pricing

What does the $99 flat rate cover?
The $99 flat rate covers a complete remote session including diagnosis, cleanup, optimization, and the fix itself. This includes removing junk files, disabling startup bloat, running security scans, updating your system, and resolving the issue you contacted us about. One price, no hourly charges.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price we quote is the price you pay. The $99 flat rate covers the full session. If your issue requires specialized work beyond a standard repair, we'll discuss pricing with you before doing any additional work. The initial diagnosis is always free.
What if you can't fix my problem?
If we can't resolve your issue remotely, you don't pay. Our free diagnosis identifies the problem first — if it turns out to be a hardware issue or something that requires physical access, we'll let you know upfront and recommend next steps. No fix, no fee.

Technical

Can you fix slow computers?
Yes — slow computers are our most common fix. We identify what's causing the slowdown (bloatware, too many startup programs, malware, fragmented storage, low memory) and resolve it. Most customers see a noticeable speed improvement within the same session.
Can you remove viruses and malware?
Yes. We perform thorough virus and malware removal using professional-grade tools. We scan your entire system, remove all detected threats, clean up any damage they caused, and set up protection to prevent reinfection. This is included in the $99 flat rate.
How do I prepare my computer for repair?
Just make sure your computer is powered on, connected to the internet, and you have a web browser available. Close any sensitive documents (banking, personal emails) if you'd like — though our technician won't open anything you haven't asked about. That's it. We handle the rest.

Security & Privacy

Is it safe to let someone connect remotely?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encrypted screen-sharing. You can see everything the technician does in real time on your own screen. The connection requires your explicit permission to start and you can end it instantly at any time. We never store your passwords or access your computer without you present.
Will I lose my files during the repair?
No. We take every precaution to preserve your files, photos, and documents. Our process is non-destructive — we clean up system junk and threats, not your personal data. If any step carries even a small risk to your files, we'll back them up first and explain exactly what we're doing.
